Spanish Digital Nomad Visa

Created by Spain's 2022 Startups Law (Ley 28/2022, de 21 de diciembre, de fomento del ecosistema de las empresas emergentes), the Visado de Teletrabajador de Carácter Internacional lets non-EU/EEA nationals live in Spain while working remotely for companies based outside Spain. It is managed by the Unidad de Grandes Empresas y Colectivos Estratégicos (UGE-CE) and grants initial residence for up to 3 years (renewable up to 5), with access to the Beckham Law special tax regime and family reunification from day one.

A residence permit for non-EU remote workers and freelancers serving clients outside Spain. Comes with Beckham Law access, family reunification and a path to long-term residency.
