How and why SpainPath AI uses cookies and similar technologies, in line with Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the EU ePrivacy Directive.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by the websites you visit. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary: session, authentication, CSRF and load-balancing cookies — required to deliver the service. Analytics: aggregated usage data so we can improve the product. Personalization: language and UI preferences. Marketing: measurement of communication performance — disabled by default for new visitors of this site.
3. Your choices
You can review and disable any non-essential category at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer, or directly in your browser. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies will break the site.
4. Third parties
Our cookies and storage entries come from us (first-party) and from processors that host the application (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) and, if you accept analytics, our analytics provider.
5. Retention
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies expire after at most 12 months unless you delete them earlier.
