Terms of Service
The rules for using SpainPath AI.

1. Service description
SpainPath AI provides general information and AI-generated guidance about Spanish immigration, tax and self-employment topics. It is an information tool and does not constitute legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. For decisions with legal or financial consequences you must consult a licensed professional.
2. Account
You must provide accurate registration data, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity in your account. You must be at least 14 years old.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use SpainPath AI to break the law, infringe third-party rights, upload malware, scrape the service or attempt to bypass rate limits and access controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Consumers in the EU enjoy the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, except where the service has begun with your express consent and you acknowledge the loss of that right.
5. Intellectual property
The SpainPath AI platform, brand and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and documents you upload and grant us a limited licence to process them strictly to provide the service.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud or gross negligence).
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice when possible.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumer users may bring disputes before the courts of their residence; other users submit to the courts of the city where SpainPath AI is registered.
