Terms of Service
The rules for using SpainPath AI.

1. Service description
SpainPath AI is provided by Vadim Chibisov (Individual Entrepreneur VADIM CHIBISOV, Georgia, ID 300476991), trading as SpainPath AI. When you use the service you are contracting with Vadim Chibisov. By creating an account, placing an order or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. SpainPath AI provides general information and AI-generated guidance about Spanish immigration, tax and self-employment topics. It is an information tool and does not constitute legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. For decisions with legal or financial consequences you must consult a licensed professional.
2. Account
You must provide accurate registration data, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity in your account. You must be at least 14 years old.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use SpainPath AI to break the law, infringe third-party rights, upload malware, scrape the service or attempt to bypass rate limits and access controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. We may also suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, invoicing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Before any order the checkout shows the plan, price, billing period and applicable taxes. You can request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase or renewal — see our Refund Policy (/legal/refund) — via paddle.net or support@spainpathai.com. Consumers in the EU also keep any mandatory withdrawal rights under Directive 2011/83/EU.
5. Intellectual property
The SpainPath AI platform, brand and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and documents you upload and grant us a limited licence to process them strictly to provide the service.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud or gross negligence). We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice when possible.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumer users may bring disputes before the courts of their residence; other users submit to the courts of the city where SpainPath AI is registered.
