Under Ley 28/2022 (the Startup Law), applicants must demonstrate a pre-existing relationship with their clients of at least 3 months. The authorities use this letter to verify that your work can be performed remotely and that you meet the minimum income requirements (approx. 200% of the SMI).
Required Evidence
To satisfy the requirement, the letter must clearly state:

- Remote-work capability: Explicit confirmation that the work can be performed from Spain.
