Documenting Compliance
To satisfy this requirement, independent professionals typically provide:
- Client Contracts: Service agreements explicitly stating that duties are performed remotely.
- Certificate of Work: A formal letter from your foreign clients or employers (at least 3 months old) authorizing you to work from Spain and confirming the remote nature of the tasks.
- Professional Experience: Proof of a university degree or 3+ years of professional experience in your field to validate your ability to provide these services autonomously.
Apostille and Translation
