- Professional Path: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a role relevant to the remote work currently being performed for foreign clients or companies.
Certification and Translation
- Apostille: Degrees and official certificates issued by foreign authorities usually require an Apostille (Hague Convention) to be recognized in Spain.
- Translation: Documents must typically be accompanied by a sworn translation (traducción jurada) into Spanish.
- Work Experience: Evidence of experience is often proven through work contracts, certificates of employment, or social security history, which must also be translated.
